Sarah is a Criminal Defense Lawyer with Acumen Law. In addition to her law degree, she completed an MA in Women’s Studies at the University of British Columbia. Sarah first came to PACE in 2011 because of her personal belief in harm reduction, low barrier, and non-judgmental service.

Ellen is a physician with a practice focused on womens health, abortion and contraception. The founder of PACE, Paige Latin, asked Ellen to join the first board of directors in 1995, and she has been an active supporter of PACE ever since. Her expertise in health issues has been invaluable in our work to support the health and safety of our members.
Joyce is a professional writer, and has been an activist for over 30 years. She is the founder and executive director of the Abortion Rights Coalition of Canada, and the co-founder of FIRST Decriminalize Sex Work.
Scarlett is a Sex Worker activist who has been involved in local and national sex work coalitions and task forces. She has a background in sex work and currently works as a Madame.
Escort, bodyworker, Tibetan Tantra educator, writer, artist, activist and performer. Carmen brings with her a wealth of experience as a volunteer, activist, and outspoken member of the sex worker community
Donny first came to PACE in 2013 as a volunteer. He is a research assistant at SFU, with a Bachelors in Psychology with a major in First Nations Studies, and will be attending graduate school in 2017 to do a Masters in Counselling.
Babs is a partner in Northern Engagement, specializing in governance process and structures, organizational development, and community engagement. A variety of life experiences, including being a parent, librarian, lingerie seller, public sector manager, sex worker, and barista have led to her commitment to safe, generous, inclusive spaces that honour individuality, diversity and self-determination. As such, for Babs supporting the work of PACE makes sense.
